Our farm is located 2.5 miles outside of the quaint fishing

village of  St. Ives and  6 miles from the historical port town of Penzance, therefore is practically situated for people travelling to the Scilly Isles.

 The farm is an idyllic spot from which to experience all that West Cornwall has to offer,  stunning beaches, beautiful public gardens, museums, art galleries, sleepy coastal towns and a wealth of history.

 We are members of the St.Ives Hotel and Guest Association, and cater for single or multiple overnight stays. Sweet Water Farm is a NON SMOKING establishment.

 All rooms have lovely views of the surrounding countryside, plus T.V. coffee and tea making facillities, toiletries and a hairdryer.

 We have plenty of free parking spaces and we are open all year round.  We look forward to making your stay a pleasant and memorable one.
